BANGALORE: Population Services International (PSI), an NGO working in the field of HIV/AIDS and TB awareness, has launched a social awareness campaign on the occasion of World TB Day across Bangalore, Mangalore, Belgaum and Bagalkot.In Bangalore the awareness campaign will run for a week from March 21- 28. It will start with a daylong mobile exhibition in Yeshwantpur slum to create awareness on Tuberculosis).
.From March 24-28, PSI will conducting awareness camps on TB by educating garment workers at Sarjapura Road and in Whitefield area. It will also set up a medical camp for construction workers at New Consolidated Construction Company Limited at Mahadevapura on March 27.
